The Freestyle Course does what it says on the tin. This session starts a little later, to allow for the kickers to soften a little. Looks at improving your knowledge and understanding of freestyle. With topics on how our body can help/hinder performance, kicker shape and design. How to ride transitions and much more. Goes without saying that there will be lots of video feedback on this course Duration: 15 hours (13:00 - 16:00) Minimum Numbers - 3ppl, Maximum Numbers - 8 ppl Course Content: Flatland tricks (butters, ollies, nollies, tail press Riding switch Balance work Transitions - how to ride them Use of natural features Intro to rails and boxes Small airs and grabs Rotations (180s, 360s, 540s etc in air and on/off of boxes and rails) Final day "SNOW DOWN" Competition Video feedback will be used throughtout the course to complement on the hill feedback. Entry Level: The course will be tailored to the ability of the clients and therefore is very versatile. We suggest you are comfortable riding on most pistes in a variety of conditions, have a good sense of balance and a will to learn. We can cater for the higher end of the sepctrum too, if you're happy and confident in the park and are looking to step it up or just for a bit of instruction to help you develop some new moves then come along and we guarantee you will leave with a bigger arsenal of tricks to throw down. |
