Ed started skiing
as soon as he started walking, so growing up
doing something that he loved, it seemed only
sensible to get into the job as a ski instructor.
When Ed left College he jumped at the chance
to do his first course. After spending a season
learning to teach in Val D'Isere Ed flew through
his BASI level 3 Ski instructor course. That
summer, hungry for more experience and snow
time he got home and applied to his nearest
ski schools which were Castleford and Sheffield.
Ed worked BOTH jobs to increase
his teaching time. When the next winter season
came around he left to start training for the
next level BASI course and never looked back.
Three seasons later and a fully certified BASI
2 and ISIA ski instructor as well as an Alpine
Performance Course he joins Method for a few
winters under the Bansko sun.
